Getting your repeat prescription

Three steps, then collect from us during opening hours.

  1. Choose us as your pharmacy

    In the NHS App, or by telling reception at the medical centre, set Vincent Smith Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy. You only do this once.

  2. Order your medicine

    Order through the NHS App or your GP surgery. Allow a few working days between ordering and collecting.

  3. Collect it from us

    We will have it ready at the counter. [please make sure that you are signed up for automatic text alert as the pharmacy can be busy and not all phone enquiries can be answered.]
